Delivery Issues
Lost Parcels
In the event that Royal Mail confirms your parcel has been lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement once the investigation has been completed and the loss has been verified.
Please note that we do not issue refunds for parcels confirmed as lost by the courier.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is missed and the parcel is returned back to us by Royal Mail, a £5 re-delivery charge must be paid before the order can be shipped again.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not accepted for the following reasons:
- The BOUBOU/KAFTAN feels too oversized
Please note that Boubous are designed to have a loose and oversized fit. Measurements and fitting details are included in the product description before purchase.
- The BOUBOU/KAFTAN is longer than expected
Length information is clearly provided within the product description.
- You changed your mind about the colour selected

- An incorrect size was chosen when ordering

Eligible Refunds
Refunds will only be approved if:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrives damaged
- There is an issue caused by our error
Once approved, refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Policy
We will pay the re-delivery cost if:
- The wrong item was sent
- The wrong size was sent for fitted clothing
- There is a manufacturing or design fault
Customers will pay the re-delivery cost if:
- The wrong size was selected when placing the order
- You would like a different colour
Important Information
- Exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
